Augmented reality, notification badges and NFC tag reading
Thus, Chrome 81 sees the arrival of a new version of the WebXR API. Thanks to it, it is possible to view objects in augmented reality directly from the browser.

Another new feature is that webapps using Chrome can now display notification badges to indicate, for example, the arrival of new messages, or the presence of new content.

Finally, on Android, Chrome 81 enhances the Media Session API, which allows you to browse media being played from the player displayed in the Android Notification Center.
