This unit allows the monitoring of shipment forecasts, stocks in port, shipments and shortshipped goods.
In addition, a module for monitoring export files is available to record the stages followed by the file, assess the level of progress and evaluate the cost of exporting.
A search engine is available to facilitate the filtering of files, which can also be exported to Excel.
This module also allows you to monitor the marketing of wood products through :
- The encoding of invoicing information (digital invoice, credit note)
- Creating customer accounts and monitoring their payments and deliveries (turnover by customer and period)
- For each contract, the system evaluates the profitability (gross margin, disbursements, export cost, etc.) to indicate whether or not the sale was successful
The available search engine allows to make analyses with multiple criteria with the possibility to export to Excel.
