Processing unit
This unit allows the monitoring of sawing and wood processing activities. Each of the three types of processing are tracked in the system.
The monitoring starts with the creation of production, sale and recovery contracts and the recording of order details.
The activities tracked are :
- Sawmill park entry
- sawmill park logging
- consumption
- AD lumber production
- kiln entry and exit
- KD production
- planer mill entry
- semi-finished product production
At each stage of processing, an analysis of production, losses (expressed in % and volume) and downgrading is made for reliable traceability with alerts in the system and by e-mail at a configurable frequency.
The following elements can be generated :
- Production status (AD, KD)
- Yield monitoring by species, contract, working day
- Monitoring of sawing time and team productivity
- Analysis of losses after sawing, drying and downgrading
- Monitoring of stocks at the various yards with graphic display, etc
