We offer you a package at a fixed annual rate of XAF 500,000 excluding tax or quarterly at XAF 180,000 excluding tax for the management of your activities.

The applications can be accessed and configured on a smartphone to work offline and consult the database at any time.
The activation of the applications is linked to an automatic countdown that increments over the activated payment period.
An alert is triggered 14 days before the end of the period, after which the data encoding is deactivated until payment is made in another 14-day period.
If there has still been no payment, the applications will be inaccessible after 30 days.

Two packages are available : the SME package and the Large Company package.
PME
This solution is adapted to companies with an annual production of between 10,000 and 50,000m3 with a chain of custody covering the activities of exploitation and transformation AD with declaration to the administration if necessary.
Our LIGHT EDITION PACK consists of :
- Activation of the applications after secure online payment for one year of validity. The mobile and web applications offered cover the monitoring of the following activities :
- - Logging and transport
- - Processing and transport of AD lumber
- - Declaration to the administration
- Provision of a team of trainers and technicians for training and use of the online applications
This annual subscription is activated for a cost of XAF 1,200,000 exclusive of tax, which can be paid on a quarterly or annual basis.

Large Companies
This solution meets the needs of companies with an annual production of more than 50,000 m3 and whose traceability chain covers all the activities of exploitation, transformation, export and invoicing. It includes :
- A study phase for which the fees, which are payable online, vary depending on whether the mission is carried out on site or remotely
- - On site: XAF 1 500 000 excluding VAT
- - Online: XAF 1 000 000 excluding VAT
- A deployment phase including permanent assistance in person and online by a team of experienced
trainers and technicians who will ensure that the client gets the hang of the software.
Depending on what will be retained during the study phase, the costs of the deployment of
the system and the monitoring team are contained in a financial offer, payment of which is made on presentation of a
monthly invoice. The mobile and web applications offered cover the monitoring of the following activities :
- - Logging and transport
- - Processing and transport of lumber
- - Export of logs and lumber
- - Invoicing and financial analysis of logs and lumber
- A system maintenance phase, which is formalized by an annual maintenance contract. There are 3 options to choose from :
- - 24-hour online and face-to-face assistance
- - Provision of system updates

This solution is suitable for states to centralise forestry data on a national level.
The central application allows the data collection from the system of each company via gateways for :
- Generation of authentic documents (QRCODE) for monitoring operations
- Statistics (production, stocks)
- Management of transport and product flows across the country (interactive map)
- Taxes
We offer a complete package that requires :
- a start-up cost (10,000,000F) for the study of the functioning of companies and the state in terms of data collection and
- training and follow-up costs (40,000,000F) for face-to-face assistance of at least 3 follow-up and training missions and permanent online assistance for the implementation of the central system with or without gateways to the companies' systems.
