OPEN QUOTATION REQUEST NOTICE N°002/DC/CCAA/DG/PDST/SPM/01-20

For the provision of computer and office equipment to the Project Management Unit.

1. Subject

The Government of Cameroon has received funding from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) for the implementation of the Transport Sector Development Project (TSDP)/Air Component.

2. Consistency of services

It is planned, under the PMU/Air Component, to proceed with the provision of computer and office equipment to the Project Management Unit. The supplies are to be delivered to the Project Management Unit.

The Director General of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA) now invites interested and eligible suppliers to consult and withdraw the consultation package at the address below.

The Director General of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA) now invites interested and eligible suppliers to consult and withdraw the consultation package at the address below.

6. Submission of tenders

Tenders must remain valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the closing date for submission. Tenders must be submitted in seven (07) copies (01 original and 06 copies) to the address below no later than 25 February 2020, at 15:00 hours (local time), and must be marked: "Request for Proposal No. 002/DC/CCAA/DG/PDST/SPM/01-2020, dated 29 January 2020, for the supply of computer and office equipment to the PDST Management Unit, under penalty of rejection. To be opened only at the tender opening session".

7. Fold opening

The opening of the Quotations will take place on February 25, 2020, at 3:30 p.m. sharp (local time), in the PDST conference room, located on the 1st floor of the CAA building, Boulevard du 20 mai, in the presence of the bidders or their representatives.
