Guinea : PLAGED simplifies administrative procedures
Guinea is taking a further step towards modernising its administration with the launch of PLAGED, a digital platform designed to simplify administrative procedures.
This new tool, set up by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and SMEs, aims to facilitate access to public services for all citizens and businesses. By centralising a large number of services online, PLAGED helps to reduce processing times, cut down on travel and promote transparency.
This initiative is part of a wider drive towards digitisation in Guinea, as demonstrated by the significant increase in the country's e-government development index. PLAGED offers a number of advantages: it simplifies procedures for citizens, facilitates the formalisation of businesses, and reduces costs and delays. The project is also a lever for developing the population's digital skills and fighting corruption.
The launch of PLAGED marks a turning point for the Guinean administration, which aims to become entirely digital. By facilitating access to public services and improving administrative efficiency, this platform will help to make the country more attractive to investors and improve the quality of life of its citizens.
