On Telegram, it is possible to send messages and content that self-destruct after a certain amount of time. To do this, you will first need to enable end-to-end encryption (step 1) an option called Start Secret Exchange.

When you enter a message in an end-to-end encrypted conversation, press the stopwatch icon in the input field, and choose a duration. All messages you send from now on will self-destruct once the time has elapsed.
