A registrar (registrar) is a company that has chosen to specialize in the registration and reservation of domain names. 

PROSYGMA SARL has been a registrar since its creation but could not directly market.cm domain names, now this is possible thanks to the newly acquired accreditation at ANTIC (Agence National des Technologies de l'Information et de la Communication).

In Cameroon, for example, ANTIC manages the Internet top level domain of Cameroon (in.cm). Its members include a number of registrars, including PROSYGMA SARL.
