Want to keep all your memories of chats, photos and videos ? Here's how to easily transfer your WhatsApp history from one Android phone to another.

Steps to follow

1.    Prepare your phones : Make sure both phones are running Android 6 or higher, connected to Wi-Fi and plugged into the mains. Use the same phone number on both phones.

2.    Start the transfer : On your old phone, go to Settings > Chats > Transfer Chats. On your new phone, open WhatsApp and scan the QR code that appears on your old phone.

3.    Wait for the transfer to complete : a progress bar will show you the progress. Don't leave WhatsApp during the process. Once complete, you will find all your chats on your new phone.

Important : Do not delete WhatsApp on your old phone until the transfer is complete.
